NeoPhotonics Semiconductor offers optical modules and integrated circuits (ICs) that are used in systems to deliver high-quality optical transmission.  Our products are based on advanced compound semiconductor technology and include Indium Phosphide (InP) based lasers, modulators and photo detectors, as well as Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) based amplifiers and driver circuits.  We offer high-performance, high-reliability products for next generation high speed 40Gbps and 100Gbps systems, as well as for current 10Gbps and Access systems.
